The rights of Hollywood film, 'The Fault In Our Stars' (2014), are with Fox Star Studios. Plans are on to remake it in Hindi.

Initially, Homi Adajania was to direct the film, but now Mohit Suri will helm the project. The casting is currently underway.

Earlier, there was buzz that Deepika Padukone would feature in the Hindi remake, but now there is no clarity about her participation in the project.
