Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor will be seen in a `guest appearance` in upcoming film "Chalk N Duster" on the `request` of veteran actress Shabana Azmi.

Shabana, who stars in the Jayant Gilatar directorial alongside Divya Dutta and Juhi Chawla, took to Twitter on Thursday to welcome the `Bobby` actor.

`Welcome @chintskap (Rishi Kapoor) to #Chalk And Duster and a million thanks for so generously agreeing to doing a guest appearance at my request. Respect,` she tweeted.

The film has been termed as an educational film about teachers.

It also stars Jackie Shroff, Samir Soni and Girish Karnad among others.
