All set to host an adventure reality show, Arjun Kapoor has postponed the shoot of his next film, apparently being made under the YRF banner. Next week, the young actor takes off on a 20-day schedule to Argentina where the upcoming season of 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi' will be shot.
A highly-placed source at the channel insists that Arjun has pushed a Yash Raj project ahead to accommodate dates for the show, but the actor refused to confirm the production house's name while admitting that he postponed a film.
"Maybe, the film will turn out better if we get more time to work on it. Pushing something back and forth doesn't mean I am giving one more priority than the other. They had a certain date window for the shoot. If I wasn't able to adjust my dates, I would have had to miss the show," says the actor.
Arjun adds that the film's producers are "decent people" who understand that his success on television will rub off on his big screen outing. "It will create a bigger fan base and many people, who don't appreciate me now, will start appreciating me. It's not easy to win over people. You win them over with a character, but doing so by being yourself is no mean feat. I am not everyone's cup of tea," he says.
