Shahid Kapoor is so upset with the 'Shaandaar' debacle that he wants to play safe rather than be sorry about his film choices.

He does not want to go the Ranbir Kapoor way and end up with a string of flops. He will seek script supervisors to analyse the potential of a story before he greenlights a project.

Shahid's next is 'Udta Punjab' and he will start shooting for 'Rangoon' soon.
