Earlier, Shah Rukh has said that Deepika is lucky for him, but while answering to a question whether her luck will still work, as their movies are clashing on the same date, he said, 'I can say yes. She is my lucky charm so it should work for me. However, it is a serious question because our films are coming together on a single day. Everyone from that movie whether actors or producers are my dear friends. So, I would want their film to meet success on box office.'
The actor, who just turned 50 on November 2, feels that it is unfortunate that their films 'Dilwale' and 'Bajirao Mastani' are releasing on the same date at the box office. However, he believes that this period has enough business for both films to sail through.
Rohit Shetty's 'Dilwale' stars Shah Rukh, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, while Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani' stars Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles.
Both the movies are hitting screens on December 18.
