"I can't talk much about my upcoming projects. Only I can tell you is that you will see me doing various kind of roles," Sanah told IANS.
Sanah, who made her debut with the rom-com flick which starred Shahid and Alia Bhatt, also wishes to receiving the same love as she received playing the character Isha or Gulabo in the film. "I would ask for audience to keep loving me, bless me as you all have given to 'Gulabo' in 'Shaandar'," she said.
In "Shaandar", Sanah was quite a surprise and praised by all for her performance.
For an elated Sanah, it is Diwali twice over. "This year happiness is twofold for me. This Diwali is really special as I have a huge reason to celebrate. I want to thank my audience and industry who immensely loved me for 'Shaandar'," she said.
So how she will be celebrating? "As usual I will spend time with family. There will be puja at home, lighting the diyas, having sweets and being out with friends. But this year sweet is forbidden for me," she said with a laugh.
Though Sanah's role in the film has earned appreciation, "Shaandaar" did not do as well at the box office as was expected. About this, she said: "Every actor wants to get appreciation from audience for the role as well as the film. But every film has its own destiny; audience has its own choice. As an actor, I am satisfied that audience has shown love for me and what I have done, audience accepted it well. And I am happy for that."
