After 'Bajirao Mastani', what's there in Bhansali's wish list?

A while back there was buzz that Sanjay Leela Bhansali had approached Subhash Ghai for the remake rights of his 1993 film, 'Khalnayak', which starred Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit.

Now word is that Bhansali has offered Ghai about Rs 7-9 crore for revisiting the film.

Ghai sold the rights of his film 'Hero' (1983) at approx Rs 5-7 crore to Salman Khan while 'Ram Lakhan' (1989) has been sold for Rs 5 crore to Karan Johar. At this rate, the showman will be laughing all the way to the bank with remaking rights.
