With "Fanaa" proving to be a musical success, music directors Jatin and Lalit have been flooded with congratulatory calls from the film industry.

The true credit for the film's music though goes to Lalit who has no regrets about sharing it with his brother.

"It was decided that our names would appear in the credits together though I have composed all the songs in 'Fanaa'. I have no problems with it. I don't even want to take the entire credit for the film's musical success simply because this is the last time our names appear together on screen," said an emotional Lalit.

"I want everyone to know that the team of Jatin-Lalit was the best ever in the music industry. Our team deserved a promising farewell and 'Fanaa' was the ideal film to do it. Our work as a team will always remain unparalleled in the music industry," he added.

Meanwhile, the musical sales of "Fanaa" have touched new heights and Lalit is being wooed by some of the best banners in the trade.

He is particularly excited about the fact that Aamir Khan has taken an immense liking for the music and was talking about it to his friends and colleagues.

"I am glad that he has liked the music of the film."

This is Jatin-Lalit's fourth film with Aamir - they also composed the music of "Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar", "Ghulam" and "Sarfarosh".

So is he looking forward to working with Aamir as an independent music director?

"I'd love to since Aamir has a very good sense for music. He also gives a very distinct identity to a film's music with his performance."

Recently Tips Films confirmed Lalit for their forthcoming production and two other banners are currently in talks with him.
