Alia Bhatt suffered burn injuries while performing at a film awards event at the MMRDA Grounds on Sunday.

The actress performed on a medley of her songs and concluded it with a fire act involving crackers. She burnt her hands since she was too close to the crackers on stage.

First aid was immediately rendered in the vanity van, after which Alia left the venue.
