Actress Bipasha Basu and television actor Karan Singh Grover will welcome New Year together.

According to sources, the 36-year-old actress will celebrate the New Year bash and her birthday with Karan and with her close pals Rocky S and Deanne Pandey. The 'Raaz 3' actress and the 'Hate Story 3' actor will fly to Thailand to celebrate the festivities with their gang of friends.

The pair started dating since their film 'Alone' released.

Though Bipasha and Karan have never admitted to their relationship publicly, both of them are often spotted together at events and parties.
