The casting of producer Firoz A Nadiadwala's Welcome is getting larger by the day. After roping in Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Feroz Khan, Paresh Rawal and Katrina Kaif, the latest to join the bandwagon is Mallika Sherawat.

Anees Bazmee the director of the film confirms the news. He reveals, "Mallika is playing one of the lead roles in the film. She is pitted against Nana and Anil. Welcome is a light romantic comedy - love story.

I have already completed one schedule in Dubai and Mumbai. The next schedule will be shot outside India which is not yet decided. I am planning to complete the movie in October."

Nadaidwala who is basking in glory of Phir Hera Pheri was averse speaking about the budget. "I have just completed one schedule. So I cannot predict the budget now. But I assure it will be bigger than Phir Hera Pheri." Phir Hera Pheri's budget was around Rs. 130 million.
