Ever since John Abraham decided not to be part of the sequel of the 2002 heist thriller, 'Aankhen 2', the makers have been eyeing Shahid Kapoor for the role.

Buzz was that Katrina Kaif was being approached and it would be interesting to watch the Kat-Sasha jodi.

But the latest on that front is that Sasha is not exactly evincing interest, even though the makers are prepared to offer Shahid megabucks for the role.

Last heard, the casting for the project was still in a limbo.
