Vidya Balan who made her debut in Bollywood with Parineeta has always been considered vanilla beauty.
But when a tabloid caught up this Model-turned-actress, this is what she has to say about her
so-called-image...
"It's a compliment if people remember my simplicity because that means they liked the simple girl that they
saw in Parineeta."
Vidya said that while she was sure she could take on sexy roles as well, she wanted to prove her versatility
as an actress.
"But there is a lot between hot-and-sexy and simple, which I also want to explore," she said.
Balan added that she likes doing her own research while preparing for a film like she dropped in to a couple
of radio stations for an upcoming movie Lage Raho Munnabhai.
"I play a radio jockey. I went to a few radio stations to get the feel of what it is like to be an RJ," she said.
