Sporting a new look and a hairdo, Sanjay Kapoor is making a comeback on the big screen with a total image revamp. Moreover, Sanjay seems to be shying away from playing the hero in the movies anymore. In his soon-to-be-released Boney Kapoor's "Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche", the young Kapoor is playing the bad guy opposite the newcomer Esha Deol. And there is in-the-making "Soch" that again has Sanjay stepping into a villain's shoes opposite Aditi Gowitrikar.

Sanjay concedes that in order to convincingly essay the role of a badman in these flicks he had to change his body weight and hairdo. Gone is the old fluffy and finely prinked hairstyle. In its place now is the short and shingled crop ala Akshay Khanna in "Dil Chahta Hai". Hope this image revamp also brings Sanjay some good luck as "Koi Mere Dil." hits the turnstiles on January 11.
