The 'Dabangg' star will be taking to the stage to showcase his dancing skills to the tunes of his popular tracks at the concert, which will be held at the DRB Sports complex.
"I will be visiting Surat after a long time and I am very excited to perform in the city. I simply love the food, the clothes which are beautifully worked upon, it will certainly be more fun," Salman said in a statement.
Salman, who is caught up with the shooting of his upcoming project 'Sultan', plans to make the most of his visit to the city. He says he will pick up saris for his mother and sisters.
"I will definitely purchase the saris for my mother and sisters from the city," he said. Salman has a special connection with the city. When Salman Khan turned 50 in December last year, his fans in Surat baked a 400-foot cake to celebrate his birthday.
