Katrina Kaif was conspicuous by her absence at a bash hosted by Aarti Shetty, daughter of producer Manmohan Shetty.

Aarti is a buddy of Kat, Ranbir Kapoor as well as director Ayan Mukerji. It looks like Katrina does not want to cross paths with RK and so, preferred to give the event a skip. Ranbir, however, attended the bash with his 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' co-star Anushka Sharma. Kat's no-show has set tongues wagging again.
