Naseeruddin Shah was in Pune yesterday to pledge his support to a film restoration and preservation initiative which is being carried out in association with the National Film Archive of India.

The veteran actor feels a lot of our cinematic legacy has been lost over the years and there is an urgent need to preserve what is left of it. Touche.
