He even spoke about it in a candid chat on #fame, a live video social platform, where he also discussed about the various things he is a fan of. The 50-year-old answered questions about his favourite movies, his favourite food, his favorite books, his craziest fans and more.
Sharing a special message for International Women's Day, he said: `I am a fan of all the women in the world. I love each one of you equally. More power to women, more strength to women and more freedom to women, to make the choices and do the stuff they want to do. I want to thank all the women this Women's Day.`
On the work front, Shah Rukh is gearing up for the release of his film "Fan", which revolves around a young boy from Delhi named Gaurav who embarks on a journey to the city of dreams, Mumbai, in order to wish his favourite actor Aryan Khanna on his birthday.
As Gaurav and as Aryan Khanna, Shah Rukh is ready to treat his real life fans with a dual avatar, and he has admitted that it took some doing to work on the make-up for his role as Gaurav.
The film's trailer was launched by his fans at the Yash Raj Studios here on Monday.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, "Fan" also features Shriya Pilgaonkar among others. The film is slated for an April 15 release.
