Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi do the funny act together once again in comic-thriller "Anthony Kaun Hai", which opens Friday.
The popular jodi of hit comedy "Munnabhai M.B.B.S" do not play buddies in "Anthony Kaun Hai". However, their chemistry is said to be the highlight of the film. Extensively
shot in Thailand, the movie is loaded with huge dollops of laughs.
The film has a sophisticated contract killer Master Madan (Sanjay Dutt) hunting for his next target Champ (Arshad Warsi), who is an ace conman.
The crime-thriller is laced with romance too - between Rosa (Anusha Dandekar) and Champ.
Then there is Jiya (Minissha Lamba), the beautiful daughter of an ingenious magician Raghu (Raghubir Yadav).
While Jiya has a big secret to hide, with a homing pigeon as her only confidante, her father Raghu is trapped in the spell of his own magic after one of his tricks
backfires.
Amidst this mayhem enters detective Suraj Singh (Gulshan Grover). He is the smartest cop in the Thai police force and can make any suspect spill the beans, and is
gunning for the two.
So, will he manage to pin down Champ and Madan?
"Anthony Kaun Hai?" promises to be an entertainer and director Raj Kaushal, who made "Shaadi Ke Ladoo" that sank without a trace, is banking heavily on the
Sanjay-Arshad magic to ring in some success.
