Rishi Kapoor has expressed his desire to team up again with veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, who after working with him in 1998 film "Khoj".

Rishi, 63, who was last seen in "Kapoor & Sons" as family patriarch, said the "Ishqiya" actor liked his performance.

"Thank you Naseer for your kind thoughts about me in K&S. We did a film called Khoj, we need a chance again. Love you and your family. Zindabad," Rishi posted on Twitter.

"Kapoor & Sons", which released last month, also stars Naseeruddin's wife Ratna Pathak Shah in a pivotal role. The actor had also attended a special screening of the family drama with his wife.

Directed by Shakun Batra, "Kapoor & Sons" stars Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan in lead roles.
