After unveiling the motion logo of `Udta Punjab`, Bollywood actors Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have shared the first teaser poster of their upcoming film.

As soon as they shared the poster and the motion logo, #UdtaPunjab started trending on Twitter.

The film`s trailer will be out on April 16.

`Udta Punjab` is an upcoming thriller film, directed by Abhishek Chaubey, and produced by Phantom Films and Balaji Motion Pictures. It tells the story of substance abuse in Punjab.

The film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh.

`Udta Punjab` is slated to release on June 17.
