"See 'Dishoom' will release first, so my excitement level for 'Dishoom' is higher right now. In the film I play a cricketer. Cricket was always my first love in life...I always wanted to be a cricketer," Saqib told IANS over phone from Mumbai.
Directed by Rohit Dhawan, "Dishoom" also stars Varun Dhawan, John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez.
The film, which is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, is slated to release on July 29.
The 28-year-old actor will also be seen sharing screen space with his sister and actress Huma Qureshi in the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film "Oculus" titled "Dobaara".
The "Mere Dad Ki Maruti" star says that the movie will be "very special" to him.
"When it is time for 'Dobaara' to release, I will be very excited because of various reasons. It is a film that Huma and I are doing together so, this film will be very special to me," he said.
