Flora Saini, who plays a tribal woman in Nagesh Kukunoor's upcoming film 'Dhanak', sought inspiration from Dimple Kapadia's character in 'Rudaali' (1993).

Flora had Dimple's tribal look as a reference point while shooting for the film. She says, "I am a huge fan of Dimpleji and I had a chance to model my character on my screen idol." She shot for Dhanak in Rajasthan. "I was hooked to the local sweetmeats like ghewar and boondi laddoos besides the bandhanis and beaded jewellery."

Not many know that Flora has made it to the Limca Book of Records - as the only actress with most number of movies released in one day in 2012. Her three south films (two Kannada and one Telugu) featuring her as the lead protagonist released on the same day.
