Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor took to Twitter on Tuesday night to slam the concept of naming Indian properties after the Gandhi family and expressed his displeasure in a series of tweets.

Rishi Kapoor's outburst was following the proposal by Union Minister VK Singh to change the name of Delhi's Akbar Road to Maharana Pratap Road.

Rishi Kapoor pointed out that if names of roads in Delhi can be changed, why can't names of assets and properties named after Congress leaders be renamed.
