Besides the 'Housefull' series, Riteish and Khan have also collaborated on 'Heyy Babyy' and 'Humshakals'.
The 37-year-old actor says he is happy with the addition of the new directors, who had written the second "Housefull" film, as he felt they brought their own style to the comedy.
"I did miss Sajid. I am bound to miss him as I had a great time working on the first two films. Now, Sajid-Farhad have come together for part three. I thoroughly enjoyed shooting with them. They brought their own style. They are unique in their own way. However, the structure and core of the film remains the same," Riteish told PTI.
The actor has completed 13 years in Bollywood and his filmography features mostly comedies including 'Masti', 'Kyaa Kool Hai Hum', 'Malamaal Weekly' and 'Dhamaal'.
Riteish says he loves the genre as he feels it helps open an actor.
"Comedy as a form just opens you as an actor. It just makes you comfortable. It makes you get rid of all the inhibitions. Only selfless actors can make a comedy scene really good.
"Comedy is all about reacting to the person opposite you. You can only make a scene funny collectively," Riteish said. 'Housefull 3' also stars Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon. The film will hit theatres on June 3.
