Karan Johar had arranged a dinner for his actor friend Fawad Khan

Karan Johar turned 44 on May 25. The director had an intimate celebration with his close friends from the industry in London.

A source says, "Karan had invited many of his actor friends and Fawad was one of them. But Fawad could not attend the party in London as he had some other work commitments."

Adds the source, " Karan is fond of Fawad and since the actor could not take part in the celebration, Karan hosted a special dinner for him along with director Shakun Batra."

It is said that Karan and Fawad were present at suburban restaurant in Mumbai for a long time and were discussing films and some upcoming projects too. So there is a buzz that they might collaborate for yet another project in near future.
