Debutant director Keshav Paneri's "Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai" is set to release in the last quarter of the current year.

The shooting of the film's last schedule is currently underway here. The film, starring Arbaaz Khan, Ashutosh Rana, Himansh Kohli, Prem Chopra and Manjari Phadnis, has also been shot across the US and Udaipur.

`We just began the last schedule of the film and the schedule will go on for a week. Then we will have just some patch work remaining. We are looking at the last quarter for release and are excited about the way the film has been turning up," the director said in a statement.

`We are looking at release dates in the last quarter of the year, we would be able to pick a date only when the post production starts. But definitely, we will be releasing it this year," he added.

It has been produced by Purnima Mead under the banner of Bibiya Films.
