Director Divya Khosla Kumar has dismissed the rumours that she has signed actor Akshay Kumar for her next film.

Interestingly, Divya was Akshay's co-star in the film "Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo".

There were reports that the "Boss" actor will feature in the "Sanam Re" helmer's yet untitled project.

When asked about this, Divya told PTI, "I have just got back from my holiday. I am still writing the film and (have) not approached anyone yet."

Divya made her directorial debut with the college romance "Yaariyan" before helming the recently released Pulkit Samrat-Yami Gautam starrer "Sanam Re". The 34-year-old director said her next film will not be a multi-starrer.

"It's not a multi starrer, and yes romance is a must have in Bollywood films."
