Akshay Kumar was to start Ikka, a film by debutant Jagan, an associate of filmmaker AR Murugadoss, in September.
But the Khiladi had apparently asked the makers to rework on the script.
The makers drafted a fresh script to make it more relevant, but Akki is still not impressed.
