Ram Charan spent his day with Noor Mohammed who is admitted in Vijaya Health Care Hospital in Secunderabad. He displayed his generosity and kindness and turned out to be a blessing for them. He paid for all his medical expenses and proved how much love and respect he has for all his fans!
