While the actress was in Sri Lanka bonding with her family, she turned yoga trainer for her family.

Jacqueline who is known to be one of the fittest actress's of B'town, is a fitness freak at heart.

The actress, in addition to her rigorous workout sessions, also follows a healthy lifestyle.

She is a true life testament to the fact that healthy lifestyle keeps one vibrant and balanced.


While her stay at Sri Lanka, she made her mom, dad, siblings practice yoga.

For her discipline is the key word to keep fit and achieve a perfectly toned body is something she always ponders. Fitness is something that disciplines both the mind and the soul and not just the body, and she doesn't like giving it a miss.

Jacqueline shares, "Yoga disciplines both the mind and the souls and not just your body. It helps me in having a constant positive outlook in life. I would love my family to adopt this form of fitness as well, hence tried a few sessions with them while I was in Sri Lanka."
