The makers of Dear Zindagi have collaborated with Garnier and Blush for a video featuring Alia Bhatt titled, `I Heart Me`, a sweet message to all the girls out there to not hold any inhibitions and just love yourself truly.

In this video Alia is seen having a video call with two of her friends, their conversation is a direct reflection of daily life problems faced by most girls. Dear Zindagi is a movie, which delves into different issues faced by the youth today, and dilemmas they regularly go through. The vivacious actress advocates to not be affected and taken down by what people say, and she does that by setting an example herself.

Dear Zindagi has been helmed by the director of the critically acclaimed English Vinglish, Gauri Shinde and has been jointly produced by Gauri Khan, Karan Johar and Gauri Shinde under the banners of Red Chillies Entertainment, Dharma Productions, and Hope Productions respectively.

The film is slated to hit the cinemas on 25th November, 2016.
