Romanian model and TV presenter Iulia Vantur, who is rumoured to be dating Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, turned heads last night at the Stardust awards. Iulia wore a strapless red gown for the red carpet but what stunned all was her performing on hit songs of Salman.

The diva gave a smashing performance on songs Salman including 'Main Hoon Hero Tera', 'Jumme Ki Raat Hai', 'Teri Meri'.

After the act that was welcomed with audience claps, Iulia walked hand in hand with superstar Shah Rukh Khan to announce the award for best director. Now, King Khan being himself entertained attendees with his wit, and indulged in friendly banter with Iulia. SRK asked Iulia about Bollywood's presence in Romania and she sportingly answered every query, that too in Hindi.

Shah Rukh and Iulia handed over the Best Director award to Karan Johar for 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.


Iulia couldn't have asked for a better blockbuster award debut in Bollywood. After all she was on stage with SRK, and danced to Salman's songs.

While interacting with media at the red carpet, Iulia was asked if Salman doled out few tips for her performance. To this, the Romanian beauty said Salman just asked her to follow her heart. Media persons also quizzed Iulia if she had any special plans for December 27th, Salman's 51st birthday. Iulia replied she would send love and respect to Salman but refused to divulge more details.

On one hand where Iulia addressed media questions at the event, Salman Khan chose to make a silent entry. His arrival on the event wasn't caught by paparazzi. Maybe, the 'Bhaijaan' of Bollywood wanted to avoid questions about how he felt on seeing Iulia dance to his songs.
