Mubarakan has been creating all the right noise since the announcement of the film.

The team of Mubarakan recently commenced the first schedule in Chandigarh, and were welcomed by pomp and pride through an unconventional entry with 'Band Baaja'.

Anees Bazmee's Mubarakan has an interesting ensemble cast.

The leading pair, Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D'cruz have been paired together for the first time in a movie and clearly make for a good looking lead pair.

The exciting jodi of svelte siren Ileana D'cruz and the guy with the manly demeanour Arjun Kapoor, has got the audiences excited and awaiting the release of the film.

Both the actor's who clicked with each other at the word go, commenced the first schedule and had a fun time shooting with each other.

Arjun and Ileana since the beginning of the shoot formed a mutual admiration club.

When asked on their Arjun Kapoor shares, "I had met her when I saw Barfi and I was blown away by her performance and even then jokingly I had mentioned that we'll end up working together, little did I know that it will happen and I am very happy it happened for a film like Mubarakan because it's a fun film. While shooting with her I discovered how fun she is, how easy going she is, how chilled she is, how experienced she is as an actor because of the amount of work she has done down south as well in the Hindi film industry, she still isn't embroiled or caught up in the web of running the rat race, that genuinely was a refreshing change for me to meet somebody who has been here , achieved so much, and is still so relaxed, that is an amazing quality to have. I did end up joking with her about being the first Goan to play a Punjabi, primarily because she is always worried about her Hindi, but she manages so well in front of the camera, that no body can figure that out."

Ileana shares, "Arjun is super cool to work with. It's great working with an actor you can be completely comfortable with. This film requires us to have that ease with each other, we need to look like we've known each other for a while and we hit it off right from the beginning ?? I blame it on the mutual love for Punjabi food ??"

Their chemistry is surely going to be one to watch out for.

For the very first time, the 'Chacha-Bhatija' jodi, Anil Kapoor and nephew Arjun Kapoor have come together for a film, which has built umpteen excitement among the audience.

The movie will be an entertaining ride, as Arjun will be seen in the double role of Karanveer Singh and Charanveer Singh.

The actor will be playing the role of a Sikh for the first time and has put in immense hard work to get into the skin of the character.

Mubarakan, produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions, Murad Khetani'se Cine 1 Studios and Ashwin Varde will be releasing on 28th July 2017.
