Bhansali has officially clarified that there is no dream sequence or any objectionable scene between Rani Padmavati (Deepika Padukone) and Allauddin Khilji (Ranveer Singh).

After Shahid posted his picture with Jio Filmfare award Deepika commented "Congratulations" followed by "I love you." Not to mention, Shahid had also attended the special premiere of Deepika's xXx: Return Of Xander Cage and appreciated her on social media aswell.
