Team Commando 2, comprising of Producer Viupl Shah, Director Deven Bhojwani and the lead cast, Vidyut Jammwal and Adah Sharma visited Varanasi to kickstart the promotions of the film.

The team was of the opinion to commence promotions by seeking blessings of Lord Hanuman, who is touted as the Original 'commando' in Indian mythology.

The team visited the Sankat Mochchan Hanuman Temple and the Ganga Ghat in Benaras.

The Commando 2 team immersed themselves in a traditional pooja at the temple, to seek blessings of Lord Hanuman.

On completing the rituals, the Commando 2 team took a peaceful boat ride across the holy river Ganga.


They then partook in an Aarti along with real life Commando's.

It was a serene experience for the team who visited Varanasi for the first time.

'Commando 2' is a story which features Vidyut as Karanvir Singh Dogra again and this time, the international spy is geared up to wipe out black money. The film also stars Adah Sharma, Freddy Daruwala, Esha Gupta and Shefali Shah.

'Commando 2' has taken the action genre one notch higher and is all set to give the audience a nail-biting, adrenaline rush.

Debut director Deven Bhojani and producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah leave no stone unturned in providing the audience with an extraordinary thrilling experience.

'Commando 2' is presented by Reliance Entertainment and Jayantilal Gada (PEN India Ltd.) in association with Sunshine Pictures Pvt. Ltd., and is slated to release on 3rd March, 2017.
