MIBQ pageants is a beauty pageant company started by Bir Kaur Dhillon along with her sister Rose Khaira. In 2014 MIBQ pageants launched "Mrs. India Beauty Queen" a beauty pageant for married women that celebrates and admires the accomplishments and achievements of a wife, a mother, a complete woman with true beauty and intelligence.
MIBQ believes that pageants provide a platform where both men and women have an opportunity to make a difference in the world. MIBQ holds the highest standards of integrity and conducts all competitions under the pageant in a fair and unbiased manner. The fourth season of the Pageant is scheduled to happen in Aug 2017. Auditions are online and the top 5 winners will represent India at 5 different International Pageants this year.

Ludhiana's Aditi Swaraj Sharma has been declared the winner of Mrs. India Beauty Queen and Mrs India Globe 2016 title. Subsequent to her winning the title, she went onto represent her country at the Mrs Globe 2016 finals held in China. Mrs India Beauty Queen 2016 saw Shalini Sood of the US being crowned first runner up. She was also crowned Mrs India United Nations International 2016 and will be going to Jamaica in May 2017 for the international competition. Delhi's Sushma Bharti was the 2nd runners up at the pageant. Telengana's Abhimanika Yadav was 3rd runner up and was crowned Mrs Asia Pacific Universe 2016. She will be going for the world finals of Mrs. Universe later this year.
In the Classic Section Above 45 years, Bengaluru's Veena Jain was crowned the winner. She will be representing India at the International Mrs Globe Classic to be held in Las Vegas this year. Bengaluru's Gayathri Sandeep was the runner up in the Classic Section and was crowned Mrs Indian Ocean Globe Classic 2016, She will also be travelling to Las Vegas for the international pageant.

The renowned Mr. India Manhunt International Pageant is brought to India by the National Director Bir Kaur Dhillon along with MIBQ (Rose) and The Rock(Hp Gill). Manhunt International is organised to promote new faces for the male modelling and fashion industry. They also become role models and good corporate citizens for younger people to look up to. The winner of the pageant will represent the country at Mr. Manhunt International 2016, to be held in July-Aug 2017, where men from all across the globe will compete for the coveted title. In India the franchise was earlier with Gladrags Media. Following are names of some of the contestants that represented India:-
Rajat Bedi (1994), Dino Moreo (1995), Zulfi Syed (1996-97),John Abraham (1999), Rajeev Singh (2001), Muzamil Ibrahim (2003) to name a few.The Mr. India Manhunt competition will have auditions online to select the best candidates. The pageant will be staged as a reality tv show, , the contestants are to be judged in regional costumes, swimwear, evening wear and fashion wear. The contestants with highest scores are named as finalists, from which the judges determine the winner and the runners up.
Chandigarh's Gurmehar Grewal was declared the winner of Mr India Manhunt International 2016. He represented India at the world finals of Mr Manhunt International held in China in November 2016.
In the Mr India Manhunt International pageant Eklavya Sood from Solan HP was the first runner up. Alester D'souza from Mangalore was 2nd runner up and will be representing India at the International finals of 'Man of the year' in Indonesia this year. Sunny Mehrotra from Lucknow has been crowned Mr India Men Universe 2017 and will be representing India later this year at the world finals to be held in the Dominican Republic. Madhav Sharma from Hoshiarpur will be representing India at the 'Men of the World' 2017 to be held at Philippines. Mohammed Imran Hussain will be representing India at the Mr India Tourism International World finals 2017 to be held in Panama in April 2017.
