The first poster of Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is out. The poster was released on Twitter by Akshay himself.

Akshay took to Twitter and shared the first poster for the movie and wrote "Pleased to share, @ToiletTheFilm an unusual love story will be with you on 11th Aug 2017. Tayyar ho jayye Swachch Azaadi ke liye!"

The film is based on the Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan, an initiative launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

With the release of the poster, it is also officially confirmed that the movie will be released on 11th August 2017. Which means it will clash with Imtiaz Ali's untitled starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma.
