All the films the banners have worked on films that have a real life touch, stories that have a realistic approach. A Wednesday talked about terror problems faced by commoners, Special 26 was a real life story brought to reel life, wherein M.S. Dhoni was a biopic of Dhoni.
First time the banners are trying their hands at a satirical comedy. The two studios always try to bring to screen exciting idea that not only entertain but also induce thoughts.
Toilet: Ek Prem Katha fits perfectly in their scheme of ideas with the film being a take on the problem of open defecation in the country in sync with the government's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
