Aamir Khan Productions present a musical tale of a young aspiring singer who faces the lashes of her father`s disapproval.

After releasing two posters the trailer has been released today. The Dangal duo Zaira Wasim and Aamir Khan come back together to embark on a musical journey of a girl that thrives on passion, dedication, and talent.

The story revolves around a teenage girl played by Zaira Wasim, who dreams to be a singer, however, her step father is against the idea. The trailer exhibits the journey of Insia who achieves stardom anonymously.

Aamir Khan plays a special role in the film wherein he is a Music composer.

Insia`s determination leads her to post videos on Youtube and make her an online Superstar.

After winning accolades and National award for her performance in Dangal, Zaira Wasim will be seen playing the lead role in `Secret Superstar`.

Zaira Wasim has yet again given a powerful performance. The young actress rose to fame with Dangal and is not set to win hearts with Secret Superstar.

Aamir Khan would be seen playing a loud and flamboyant Music composer which is contrary to Aamir Khan`s real self.

`Secret Superstar` is Aamir Khan Production`s eighth film after delivering blockbuster films like Lagaan, Taare Zameen Par, Dangal among others.

Produced by Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Zee Studios and Akash Chawla, Secret Superstar is written and directed by Advait Chandan. The film is slated to release this Diwali.
