Hrithik is currently preparing to play a Bhojpuri character for the first time on celluloid. As part of his prep for the film, the actor is gaining a deeper understanding of the Bhojpuri language, culture and festivities.
The actor who will next be seen playing a Bhojpuri character, Anand Kumar in the mathematician's biopic expressed to have a deeper understanding of the occasion this year.
On the occasion of Chhath Puja, an ancient Hindu festival celebrated largely in Bihar and Nepal, Hrithik Roshan took to Twitter to wish his followers.
The Kaabil actor who resides beachside in Mumbai shared to have witnessed huge devotional crowds on the beach every year.
However, it was this year that the actor understood the significance of the festival better.

Helmed by Vikas Bahl, the film will showcase the life of Patna based mathematician, Anand Kumar, who trains 30 deserving, economically backward students for the most prestigious exams of IIT each year with commendable success rate.
It will be quite interesting to see Hrithik Roshan get into the skin of this character as it is also very different from what we have seen the actor do on screen before.
