Ever since the news of Janhvi Kapoor's Bollywood debut broke out, her fans were eagerly waiting for the big announcement and now finally there is a good news for all Janhvi Kapoor fans which will give her fans a reason to cheer. Janhvi Kapoor is all set for her much speculated Bollywood debut with 'Dhadak', a film produced by Dharma Productions and Zee studios.

Karan Johar shared the first look posters of the film and made the announcement about the movie. The film is titled as 'Dhadak' which will be a remake of Marathi blockbuster 'Sairat'.

Before sharing the posters Karan Johar shared a teaser video on his social media where it was clear that there will be a big news. Karan Johar is on a spree of announcing films these days as it is the third film he has announced in recent time. Apart from 'Kesari' with Akshay Kumar and 'Brahmastra', 'Dhadak' is his third announcement.

Apart from Janhvi, Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khatter will also feature in the film. The film will be co-produced by Karan Johar who has acquired the remake rights of 'Sairat'. It will be directed by Shashank Khaitan who has previously directed 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' and 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania'. The film will be released on 6th July 2018.

'Sairat' was released in 2016 and it is the first Marathi film which collected ₹ 100 crores on Box-Office.

Viewers would be delighted to watch a trinity of starlets set to make debut in Bollywood movies as Sara Ali Khan has already bagged two important leads. Now we have to wait for Ananya Pandey to get a good production house to launch her. Bollywood has been very kind to star daughters vis-a-vis star sons when it comes to Box-Office success. So we would be seeing a great contest between these beautiful lasses.
