The film starred Yami Gautam and Hrithik Roshan as a visually impaired couple. Their pairing had set the screen ablaze and had garnered immense love and appreciation from across the quarters.
The actress feels strongly for the visually challenged, so much so that years ago she along with her family had pledged to donate her eyes to the visually impaired.

Her role in Kaabil, years after Yami made the noble move of organ donation, further drew her close to the challenges faced by the visually disabled.
