Deepika Padukone's Padmaavat broke the record of her own film Chennai Express as the magnum opus surpassed 236 crores at the box office.

The actress was bestowed with appreciation on turning the Box Office Queen with the maximum number of 100 and 200 crore films.

The actress has expressed her gratitude and shared,"The journey of Padmaavat has been nothing short of incredible!While numbers never mattered to me,at this moment I feel proud as an artist and as an individual!There could be no better reward than having surpassed my previous highs and in such a short period of time!I guess it only shows the kind of love & blessings the film is receiving`


Bollywood's leading lady Deepika has emerged as the only actress to have seven 100 crore films and three 200 crore films.

In order to express her gratitude towards the praises pouring in, Deepika Padukone also tweeted a video wherein she is seen joining her hands to thank the critics for their kind words.
