"The only sport I follow and like to play besides Motorcycling is Cricket. In fact my entire family including my grany is an ardent Cricket buff. I had a plastic yellow bat and a soft ball as my first toy and my love for cricket began when I barely knew how to walk."
Manit will be seen playing cricket for the team Kota Royals Rajasthan in Indian sports reality TV show "Box Cricket League" which will air on MTV.
"Cricket is not all about the eleven players out there on the field, but it's about what those eleven do as a team on the field. The game is all about team spirit and that's exactly why I like to be a part of this sport. As an actor we hardly get time off sets, but whenever I can squeeze in time then you will either find me on a motorcycling track or running in between wickets and that's precisely the reason why I agreed to be a part of this year's BCL,"he said.
Manit is also known for his role in Ekta Kapoor's "The Test case"
