When it comes to talent management, live bookings, in-film placements, brand endorsements, appearances etc, over the years Kwan has become the leading, go-to agency whether it is in cinema, sports, music or comedy.

For their various departments of expertise, the 5 founding partners of Kwan, Madhu Mantena, Anirban Blah, Indranil Das Blah, Vijay Subramaniam and Dhruv Chitgopekar have introduced 6 new partners, taking the total number of partners to 11 as the company is an expansion mode.

Kwan is going through management broadbasing and new dimensions have been added to the organisation.
