'Gaal Ni Kadni' famed singer, Parmish Verma shot at by a Gangster

A very famous Punjabi singer, actor and music director, Parmish Verma was shot at by some unidentified assailants in Mohali. Though one person by the name of Dilpreet Singh Dhahan has taken responsibility for committing the crime, the fact would only emerge after police investigation.

Dilpreet announced it in a Facebook post along with his picture. He holds a revolver in the photo. While taking responsibility, he shares his logic but the post in Pinglish doesn't make much sense.

Dilpreet is accused in another murder in Chandigarh where he along with two other people had shot and killed a Sarpanch of a village in April of 2017 in Sector 38, Chandigarh.

The SSP of Mohali, Kuldeep Chaha informed the media that Parmish was injured in Sector 74, Mohali outside his housing society, when some unknown persons fired upon him last night at around 1:30 AM. Parmish was on his way home after his live performance at Pyramid Lounge, Elante Mall, Chandigarh when the incident took place.

Parmish has been admitted to Fortis Hospital at Mohali and is stated to be out of danger since he was shot in the legs.


Parmish Verma shot to fame with a Punjabi song "Gall Ni Kadni". This song is a rage amongst the youth the world over. Ajay Devgn recently signed him for a remake of 'Singham in' Punjabi.

There is a wide outrage over this incident since Dilpreet is a history-sheeter and shouldn't have got bail in the murder case that he committed last year in broad daylight.
