On Wednesday afternoon a major fire broke out at Mumbai's lavish high-rise, Beau Monde Tower.

The fire reportedly broke out on the 33rd floor in the tower's B wing. Deepika Padukone owns a flat in the same complex in Prabhadevi.

It was classified at level three by the Mumbai Fire Brigade.

No casualties have been reported. About 95 residents were rescued from the towers this afternoon after the fire broke out around 2 pm.

The reason for the fire is yet to be determined.
