From last eight years, Annup Sonii has been successfully hosting the crime series Crime Patrol. Now, he is going to take break from hosting. But not from acting. He has joined the cast of Sanjay Dutt's home production 'Prasthanam', i.e a Hindi remake of Telugu hit.

As per sources, this film marks the return of Sanjay and Manisha Koirala. It also features Ali Fazal and Amyra Dastur. Besides Annup. this film went on floors in Lucknow on June 1 on Nargis Dutt's 89th birth anniversary.

'Annup has previously worked with Sanjay in several films. He plays a family member to the actor in the Telugu remake. And both of them will be filming important scenes together from July onwards' add sources.
