Actor Angad Bedi held a special screening of Soorma for his close friend and family last evening.

The screening saw prominent personalities from sports fraternity and also close family members.


Present at the screening were Angad Bedi's father and ace cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi and other family members. The screening was also graced by legendary cricket player Madan La.


Sandeep Singh along with brother was also present at the screening.


Everyone was extremely moved after watching the film which is entirely based on the true events of Sandeep Singh's life Journey.

Owing to the positive word of mouth and critics acclaim, Soorma's 1 week one collection saw a healthy amount of 21.21 Cr.


The film is witnessing footfalls by kids and family in larger numbers at the theatres.

Soorma is an inspiring true story of the human spirit, about a player, who made headlines for his miraculous comeback after an unfortunate accident.

Soorma features Diljit Dosanjh essaying the role of Sandeep Singh alongside Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi in the pivotal roles.
